At Farmershub, we are committed to delivering your agricultural essentials—from seeds to sprayers—safely and on time. We partner with reliable courier services like Delhivery and Blue Dart to ensure your order reaches you in top condition.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Saturday or on Sunday/Public Holidays will be processed on the following business day.
- Note: During peak agricultural seasons, processing may take up to 4 business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total weight of the package and your delivery location.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5–8 business days.
- Heavy Equipment/Tools: Items over 15kg may require specialized transport and can take 10–12 business days.
- Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹999.
3. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to most pin codes across India. If our courier partners do not service your specific location, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking link will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damaged Goods
Farmershub is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit.
- If you receive a damaged package, please take a photo/video before opening.
- Contact us at farmershub.tvm@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the media evidence to initiate a replacement or refund.
6. Important Notes for Agricultural Products
- Seeds & Perishables: These are shipped in temperature-controlled or moisture-proof packaging to ensure viability. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt to prevent spoilage.
- Hazardous Materials: Certain pesticides or chemicals may be subject to specific transport regulations, which might slightly increase delivery time to certain states.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package remains undelivered due to an incorrect address or unavailability, it will be returned to our warehouse. A re-shipping fee may apply for the second attempt.
