1. Return Window
We offer a 7 to 10 day return policy. This means you have 7 to 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn/unused).
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Invoice).
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., seeds or agricultural supplements).
- Customized or personalized products.
- Personal care or hygiene goods.
- Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
4. Damaged or Wrong Products
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at farmershub.tvm@gmail.com. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you.
5. The Return Process
- Initiate: Email us at farmershub.tvm@gmail.com with your Order ID and photos of the product.
- Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup from your delivery address via our courier partner.
- Inspection: Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
6. Refunds
- Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be issued via Bank Transfer or Store Credit (as per your preference).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
