Project components

• Venturi fertilizer injector: introduces a suitable fertilizer solution into the irrigation flow using a pressure differential, enabling fertigation when correctly configured.
• Irrigation timer: supports scheduled watering periods according to the farm's irrigation plan.
• Solenoid valve: provides electrically controlled water-flow operation as part of the timer-based system.
• Drip irrigation integration: connects the fertigation arrangement to the farm's irrigation distribution network.

Why use a Venturi unit in a pepper farm?

Pepper vines benefit from irrigation and nutrient management tailored to the season, soil conditions and plant growth stage. A correctly sized Venturi fertigation system can help deliver compatible, fully dissolved fertilizers through drip irrigation. Timer and solenoid-valve control can reduce routine manual switching.

Correct injector sizing, filtration, available pressure differential, flow rate, fertilizer compatibility, flushing and appropriate backflow protection all matter. Fertilizer rates and schedules should be based on an agronomic plan rather than a fixed universal setting.
